Vi\u00f1a Pedrosa Crianza 2020<\/a> changed its image, and now, it is the turn of Vi\u00f1a Pedrosa Reserva 2019.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Bodegas Hnos. P\u00e9rez Pascuas, we have been working for more than 40 years to offer a product of the highest quality. Our wines reflect our own philosophy, and we want that their image do it as well. This is the reason we are presenting this new label, restyling it and adapting it to the new age, but always keeping the style. We did it with Vi\u00f1a Pedrosa Crianza 2020 and we are doing it again with Vi\u00f1a Pedrosa Reserva 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n

The 2019 vintage in Ribera del Duero<\/a> obtained the highest rating of \u201cexcellent\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cosecha 2019 la recordaremos siempre como una \u201cgran cosecha\u201d, parece que se cumplir\u00e1 la regla de los \u201cnueves\u201d, que es que todas las co\u00adsechas terminadas en nueve han sido excepcionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El ciclo de la vid ese a\u00f1o se caracteriz\u00f3 por un invierno muy fr\u00edo y seco que retras\u00f3 el brote de la vid, seguido de un verano caluroso y muy seco, pero con cambios bruscos de temperatura entre el d\u00eda y la noche, que junto a las lluvias de finales de verano ayudaron a equilibrar la maduraci\u00f3n de la uva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras 24 meses en barricas de roble franc\u00e9s y americano, Vi\u00f1a Pedrosa Reserva 2019 se caracteriza por ser un tinto elegante y de largo recorrido. Se presenta amplio, goloso, carnoso, con una excelente estructura y con gran concentraci\u00f3n de taninos nobles y envolventes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y, es que, creemos que es dif\u00edcil hablar de la Ribera del Duero sin hacer menci\u00f3n a este tinto, un cl\u00e1sico elaborado por una de las bodegas que fund\u00f3 su Consejo Regulador.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
